
Road & Traffic Safety Hardware — Built to FHWA Standards
FHWA guardrail specifications call for 7/8-inch high-strength bolts with resin anchorage, and Florida DOT updated its guardrail procurement standard in 2026. A W-beam guardrail's containment is designed on the assumption that every connector is present and sound: crash investigations on sections where rails ripped open typically find missing and corroded splice bolts well above tolerance — however thick the rail, a guardrail with rusted-out bolts is no guardrail at all. In de-icing-salt environments (C4), ordinary galvanized bolts corrode severely within 3–5 years; our hot-dip galvanized + sealer duplex system significantly extends the replacement cycle. We supply a complete package: 8.8-grade splice bolts, anti-theft fasteners, EN 124 load-rated manhole hardware and sign-post fixings — to GB/T 31439, JTG D81-2017, MASH and EN 1317.
