1Who We Are (Data Controller)
This website is operated by Hangzhou Yaxi Import & Export Co., Ltd. (brand name "Yaxiio", "we", "us"), registered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. We are a B2B industrial supplier serving engineering projects, installers, manufacturers, and procurement teams worldwide, covering fasteners, rubber, plastics, and industrial textiles. We act as the data controller for personal information processed through this website.

2What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary for B2B business, from three sources:
Information you provide
Via inquiry forms, the contact page, email, WeChat, or WhatsApp: name, company, job title, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, project requirements, product specifications, and any drawings, technical files, or images you upload.
Whitepaper download forms
To download a whitepaper we ask for: work email, name, company, and country (phone optional). Used to deliver the material and one relevant business follow-up.
AI assistant conversations
When you use the on-site AI assistant, the messages you type and files you upload are processed to generate replies. Please do not submit passwords, keys, personal ID documents, or other sensitive data in chats.
Automatically collected
Server logs (IP address, browser type, access time, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting; Google Analytics 4 collects page-view and interaction statistics (e.g., scroll depth, downloads) and reads the GA client identifiers (_ga/_gid cookies) — when you submit a lead form, these identifiers are linked to your inquiry record, making them pseudonymous rather than fully anonymous; our own analytics script sets a first-party visitor ID cookie (_yx_vid, 365 days) for visit statistics; when you revisit the site, we may show a welcome notice based on your earlier inquiry and browsing (e.g. pointing to a tool page you viewed), solely to offer you relevant assistance; when you submit a lead form (inquiry, whitepaper download, tool report), passive context is attached: source page, referrer, ad click IDs and UTM parameters, browser language, time zone, screen and viewport size, and platform.
What we do NOT collect
- Government ID numbers, passport numbers, bank card numbers, or other sensitive personal data unrelated to our business
- Consumer shopping profiles, we do not sell to individual consumers, run no ads, and do not use your browsing behavior for ad targeting

5International Data Transfers
Our servers and core business systems are located in mainland China. Some providers above (Google, Cloudflare) may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States and Singapore.
If you access this site from outside China, or you are an EU/EEA user, your information will be transferred to and processed in China. We protect cross-border transfers through data processing agreements with providers and encrypted transmission. By using this site you acknowledge and consent to these transfers.
