For custom parts
Custom Fasteners from Your Drawing
For buyers of non-standard and drawing-based parts: send one drawing or a folder — you get a manufacturability assessment and a quote inside 48 hours, with the tooling cost on its own line.
From drawing to first parts
Send the drawing
DXF, DWG, STEP, PDF or a photo. NDAs are fine — tell us what you need signed before any drawing changes hands.
Assessment in 48 hours
A manufacturability answer and a quote, with tooling on its own line, so the part price and the one-off are not mixed together.
First samples free
The first round of samples is free and yours to keep; check them against your own drawing and gauges.
Tooling credited
Tooling is creditable against your first order once it reaches the agreed volume.
Production with documents
The batch certificate from the plant and the inspections agreed for the order travel with the goods.
What to put on the drawing
- Material and grade
- Critical dimensions and tolerances
- Threads, and the standard if your project names one
- Finish or coating
- Annual or per-release quantity
The quantity drives the tooling economics — tell us the annual or per-release figure and we size the tooling and the batch to it.
What travels with the lot
Mill certificate to EN 10204 3.1
issued by the plant, one per lot, heat numbers on it
Dimensional inspection report
against your drawing and the inspections agreed for the order
Packing list with heat numbers
traceability travels with the goods
These three travel as standard. If your process calls for first-article or PPAP-style documentation, name it on the inquiry — we confirm with the plant what can be issued before quoting, and what is agreed is written on the PO.
Tooling, on its own line
Tooling is billed as a separate line, creditable against your first order once it reaches the agreed volume. The first round of samples is free, and the samples are yours to keep — so you are not paying twice for the same mould.
Questions buyers ask
How long from drawing to first parts?
It depends on the tooling and the part, so it comes with the assessment: you get the manufacturability answer and the quote inside 48 hours, and the lead time for the tooling and the first batch in writing with them.
Is there a tooling charge?
If the part is standard, no tooling is involved. For a custom part, tooling is billed as a separate line, creditable against your first order once it reaches the agreed volume; the first round of samples is free and yours to keep.
Will my drawing stay confidential?
The drawing is used for the assessment and the quote and goes no further. NDAs are fine: tell us what you need signed and we arrange it before any drawing changes hands.
What documents come with a custom part?
Three documents travel with the lot as standard: the mill certificate to EN 10204 3.1 issued by the plant, a dimensional inspection report against your drawing, and a packing list with heat numbers. Anything beyond is agreed per order and written on the PO.

Send the drawing
Attach it on the form — company and email are all we need to start. You get a manufacturability assessment and a quote inside 48 hours, tooling on its own line. If the part sits outside what the group and our machining partners run, we say so plainly instead of quoting around it.
