For fastener distributors

Mixed Fastener Lists — One Order, One Document Set

For fastener distributors and traders: send the list as it comes — GB next to DIN, 8.8 next to A2, hot dip next to plain. One ton counted across the whole list, one set of documents for the whole order.

The list as it comes

No need to sort your list into separate orders first. GB, DIN and ISO, 8.8 next to 304 and 316, hot dip on part of the list — they go as one order and one document set.

If a line sits outside what the group and our partner plants run, we say so on the technical reply instead of quoting around it.

Five lines, four standard families, three finishes — one PO, one document set.

What travels with the order

Mill certificate to EN 10204 3.1

issued by the plant, one per lot, heat numbers on it

Dimensional inspection report

against the standards named on your list

Packing list with heat numbers

traceability travels with the goods

These three travel as standard; anything beyond is agreed per order and written on the PO. A mixed list still arrives as one clean document set, not a folder from five suppliers.

How one ton is made up

One ton is the entry point, counted across the whole list rather than per size — a few hundred pieces here, a box there, some hot dip and some plain. No single line has to stand on its own, and every repeat runs to the same document set.

Questions buyers ask

What is the minimum order?

One ton, counted across the whole list rather than per size. So a few hundred pieces of this, a box of that, some hot dip and some plain — it all adds up to one order, and no single line has to stand on its own.

Can you mix standards and grades in one order?

That is the whole point of the offer. GB, DIN and ISO, 8.8 next to 304 and 316, hot dip on part of the list — they go as one order and one document set. Send the list as it comes; no need to sort it into separate orders first.

We only need small top-ups every few months. Is that a problem?

That is the pattern we are built for — small top-ups rather than one big load. Each repeat runs to the same document set and the same standards as the last, so a top-up does not mean re-explaining the order. Send the list and we reply the same working day.

What documents come with the order?

Three documents travel with every order as standard: the mill certificate to EN 10204 3.1 issued by the plant, a dimensional inspection report against the standards on your list, and a packing list with heat numbers. Anything beyond the standard set is agreed per order and written on the PO.

Send the list — as it comes

Paste it into the requirements box on the form; company and email are all we need to start. You get a technical reply the same working day: which standards to buy against, the documents with the order, whether one ton covers it, and the weeks it takes. Price is step two.
